Tharon Honeycutt is founder and President of MSB Analytics, Inc. In this capacity, he provides overall leadership to position the Company at the forefront of the professional business and technical services industry. His responsibilities include developing and executing strategic and operational plans to advance the Company’s mission and vision, promote the delivery of high-quality products and services to its customers, develop the Company’s workforce, support local communities, and grow organizational revenues and profits. Tharon is a dependable, people-oriented leader with high-integrity, over 30 years of business experience, and a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations.
Prior to founding MSB Analytics, Inc., in 2006, Mr. Honeycutt was President and General Manager of WHNT‐TV in Huntsville, AL, where he was responsible for leading all operational, financial, workforce, and community service aspects of this multi‐million dollar television and Internet business with full profit and loss responsibility.
At the New York Times Company in various television, newspaper, and Internet capacities since 1989, Honeycutt won the corporation‐wide Punch Sulzberger Leadership Award for 2001, which recognizes outstanding performance while reinforcing the Company’s core values. Between 1980 and 1989, Tharon worked as an auditor and manager in the San Francisco Bay Area offices of the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse.
Tharon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting, from the University of San Francisco (CA) in 1980 and received his Certified Public Accountant certification in the State of California. He is a graduate of Leadership Huntsville Madison County, Leadership Alabama, and numerous executive development programs, and he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of several not‐for‐profit organizations. Honeycutt is a 2003 McCormick Fellow of the McCormick Tribune Foundation.
Lisa, a native of Cullman, Alabama , earned her degree in Business Administration from Athens State College. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Huntsville Rotary Club, Distinguished Young Women and Village of Promise, and is very active in the American Cancer Society and Leadership Huntsville. Lisa has over 28 years of private banking and wealth management experience and currently serves as a Senior Vice President and Wealth Services Market Executive for Cadence Bank in Huntsville. She and her husband, Jeff, have (2) children, Jana and Jacob and currently reside in Huntsville where they attend First Baptist Church. In addition to dancing, Lisa enjoys participating in local dinner theater shows and singing with her husband in a local gospel group and being with her family. Lisa has six sisters, and is also a twin. Her twin sister, Lana, competed in HEALs in 2007 and won, Most Dazzling Star.
Katie Bosarge is a Huntsville native and graduate of Grissom High School. She received her BA in Business Management/Marketing from University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She began working for Davidson Technologies in 2010 as a Human Resources Generalist and Corporate Recruiter. For the past several years, she has served Davidson Technologies Inc. as their Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator. Katie is a member of the Southeast Cyber Security Summit Executive Committee, The North Alabama Society of Human Resource Management, and The Public Relations Council of North Alabama. She has been a volunteer with the Chamber since 2013.
Camille Gardner is the Director of Corporate Business and Proposal Development for The AEgis Technologies Group, Inc. (AEgis). Camille has worked in acquisition for the aerospace and defense industry for over 17 years. She has a Master’s of Science degree in the Management of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Acquisition from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA), Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA), and the Alabama Modeling & Simulation Council (AMSC).
Camille currently serves as the Director of AEgis SERVES, AEgis’ philanthropic outreach group. As the Director of AEgis SERVES, she has chaired North Alabama’s Special Olympics Track & Field Day, hosting over 600 athletes, and managing 1500 volunteers at Milton Frank Stadium for each of the past four years. In addition, she volunteers and serves the community through many philanthropic organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, New Hope Children’s Clinic, and Project Food Pack in collaboration with First United Methodist Church.
For recreation, she enjoys spending time at Guntersville Lake with her family and barbequing with her KCBS BBQ Team from AEgis, “That Just Ain’t Right Smokers.” She is the proud mother of two teenage children, Brenna and Connor, who attend Huntsville High School.
Clint Kirkland is a Senior Vice President of Business Banking with Progress Bank in Huntsville. Clint has worked in banking since graduating high school in 1994. He is a graduate of Northeast State Community College and Jacksonville State University. After earning his MBA in 2000, Clint moved to Huntsville where he has been in business banking/commercial lending ever since. Clint is also a 2015 University of South Alabama graduate of the Alabama Banking School.
Clint has served on numerous boards and committees for multiple organizations since arriving in Huntsville. These organizations include Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Alabama, The Community Free Clinic, Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Covenant Presbyterian Church, Huntsville Hospital Development Council, and Leadership Huntsville/Madison County of which he is a graduate of Leadership Class 24. Clint and his wife Francy have two sons – Brandon and Cole.
After a successful stint as a Sr. Account Executive for New Horizons Computer Learning Center, Joseph co-founded Air Essentials Inc. in 2001 with business partner Travis Vines. Now in its 15th year of business, the company distinguishes itself from the competition in many ways. Joseph requires his employees to continually stay up to date with the latest technologically advanced improvements in the industry. Air Essentials Inc. is the only HVAC company in this area that has its employees certified as air systems cleaning specialists, certified ventilation inspectors, as well as ventilation systems mold remediators. Air Essentials Inc. currently has more NADCA certifications than any other company in the state of Alabama. In addition, Air Essentials Inc. pays for all professional development of its employees.
As an example of Air Essentials Inc. commitment to maintaining the highest degree of business ethics, Air Essentials Inc. is unique in the fact they do not pay commissions or even have sales quotas for the employees. This eliminates the question of whose best interest is at stake during a service call or initial assessment of a customer's system.
Joseph has served as both a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and Emissary. He is currently serving on the Boards of the Better Business Bureau and the YMCA and is an elected Board Member of the Madison City Chamber of Commerce. A proud alumnus and avid fan of the University of Alabama (1994, B.S. in Business Administration) Joseph has been lucky to be married to the lovely Tammy Knoch for the last 19 years and most importantly the proudest Father in the world of his daughter Madelyn.
Lee W. Lester retired in 2014 as Vice President, Senior Business Banker from Regions Bank in Huntsville, Alabama after a 40 year successful career in the banking industry. Lee has been an essential volunteer with the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County for well over a decade. Lee worked annually on the Chamber’s annual sponsorship campaign and ranked in the top 3 in sales for each of the 10 years he volunteered. He graduated from Lee High School, attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and graduated from the LSU Graduate School of Banking of the South in 1994. Lee is extremely active in the community with his wife, two children and five grandchildren. His favorite activities are spending time with his family, going to the beach, and supporting the University of Alabama football team. Lee is also an avid fan of Mustang vehicles. Lee has been a long-time supporter of many community-minded organizations in the Tennessee Valley including the Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Madison County, and The Community Action Agency.
Leslie McGill is Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Sales Manager at First Commercial Bank Main Office. Leslie has been with the bank for over eight years. Leslie focuses on meeting the needs of small businesses and financially active individuals. She graduated from the University of Alabama in Communication Studies with minors in Advertising and Computer Science. Leslie is a member of Junior League and is an active volunteer for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Madison County. Leslie previously served on the Board for The Schools Foundation and was Chair of the Educators Institute.
Michelle Omenski, local business woman, is a Broker Associate and Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. As one of the top Realtors at Keller Williams, Michelle has been selected to be on the Associate Leadership Council from 2012 to present. She is a member of the South Huntsville Business association and has been selected to be on their Steering Committee. In 2009 she participated in Leadership Huntsville/Madison County and is an Alumni of Focus Class 22.
Michelle is the Local Chairman for Distinguished Young Women of Madison County Scholarship Program. She has been involved with the program since 2002; helping young women in Madison County High Schools obtain scholarship money for college.
Michelle has been the Vice President of The Center For Family Wellness, a multi disciplinary Health Care Facility which she co-owns with her husband Dr. John Omenski since 1996.
Michelle has enjoyed volunteering with the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County since 2009.
Chris Russell is a Senior Vice President and Market Executive with Cadence Bank. Chris works in Private Banking and Wealth Management for his clients covering a range of service in investment and trust management, personal and commercial lending, life and property insurance and estate, tax and retirement planning.
Chris is married to attorney and former news anchor Sharon Doviet. He has two children. Jackson, 22, lives in Chicago where he is attending graduate school for Healthcare Administration at Rush University. Nathan, 19, is a sophomore majoring in Aerospace Engineering at Auburn.
Chris has been active in Leadership Huntsville, serving last year as the Chair for the Board of Directors and most recently as Chair for the National Leadership Conference hosted in Huntsville with participants from 32 states. He received the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Association of Leadership Programs in June 2015.
He also helped start the Community Foundation of Huntsville/Madison County in 2009, serving as Board Chair for the first two years. The Community Foundation now has more than $12MM in assets. They named Chris as the Professional Advisor of the Year in 2012.
Chris was a 2013 Honoree for the American Cancer Society’s Summer Lights Gala. He had also previously served as Chair of the Relay for Life. He was named the 2009 Community Volunteer of the Year for a six state area of the American Cancer Society’s MidSouth region.
Chris graduated from Auburn University in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration.
Tiffany Taylor, CPA, CGMA
Tiffany Taylor, CPA, CGMA is a Manager with Intergraph Corporation. Taylor manages Intergraph’s Security, Government and Infrastructure and Hexagon Geospatial Software Maintenance Renewals and Sales organization in the U.S., as well as Global Intercompany Maintenance Renewal Processing. In her former role of Executive Analyst with Intergraph, she specialized in analysis of proposals and contracts for financial risk assessment, sales and pricing analysis for products and proposals and was responsible for interpretation, documentation and training related to technical guidance and financial policies and procedures. Taylor also serves as project manager over multiple special initiatives, including systems implementations.
Prior to joining Intergraph in September of 2012, Taylor was a Certified Public Accountant with the firm Sellers, Richardson, Holman and West, LLC, (SRHW), now McGladrey LLP, in Birmingham, Alabama. As a Senior Audit Associate at SRHW, Taylor specialized in providing audit and other assurance services for medium and large privately-held companies. Her clients were largely concentrated in the wholesale distribution, software development, and employee benefit plan industries.
Taylor is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration as well as a Master of Accountancy.
Taylor is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has served as a Mentor to students at The University of Alabama through the Alabama Women’s Initiative/Culverhouse Connections Program, advising and helping to prepare junior and senior level young women for their post collegiate lives and careers. Taylor also serves as an Emissary for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
David began working at CALIBRE in May 2012, after 25 years of military service in the United States Army and attained the rank of Colonel. He is working in Huntsville, Alabama as a Director and business development professional in the Logistics Management Services (LMS) Division. David is also instrumental in CALIBRE branding efforts in Huntsville and increasing the CALIBRE presence in the Huntsville market. David joined the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador program in July 2012.
David is a second generation Soldier. He received his commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at the University of Tampa in 1987. David served in various leadership positions to include Battalion Commander in Mosul, Iraq. He culminated his 25 year career as the Chief of Readiness, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G4 (Logistics), Headquarters, Department of the Army.
David’s education includes a Master of Science in Strategic Studies, United States Army Senior Service College; Master of Science in Business Management, Saint Mary University, Leavenworth Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Tampa.
David is married to the former Ms. Karen Davis of Leesville, Louisiana and they have one son Brandon Michael Whitaker (BMW), age 7. They currently reside in McMullen Cove, Gurley, Alabama.
